When designing this tool we wanted it to be virtually indestructable so we chose 17-4 steel which is extremely strong. The Bowring is 8.3" tall, 5.9" wide, .375" thick and only weighs 22 ounces, so it easily fits into your bunker pants. Pound for Pound It's the most versatile personal firefighter's tool ever!
